Brian is an experienced leader with nearly 20 years of commercial construction experience. Brian is a highly driven seasoned Project Superintendent with a range of experience leading multi-million-dollar commercial projects ranging from ground up new builds to tenant build-outs and remodels. 

Brian’s experiences have given him an abundance of knowledge of building codes, construction operations, and maintaining a safety-first work environment.  His attention to detail & effective communication skills allows him to oversee multiple ongoing projects by working functionally with trades, customers, and other stakeholders alike..

SUPERINTENDENT

Kevin has nearly 2 decades of experience in commercial and residential construction. Kevin is a dynamic, result-oriented leader that worked himself through the ranks. Starting his career as a commercial carpenter, Kevin applied his talent & initiative, quickly moving himself into the Superintendent position.

Kevin’s attention to detail, decisive leadership and ability to effectively collaborate allow him to be a proactive manager. Successfully overseeing 40+ projects, from remodels, tenant build outs & ground up construction, from $1-3 million, Kevin is a proven Construction Superintendent

PROJECT MANAGER

Scott came into his construction career via sales and service. Later, taking his service and fabrication skills into project management in the roofing industry.  By 2020 Scott had moved into general contracting as supervisor & lead carpenter. Over the next 5 years Scott built his project management, communication & leadership skills.

In 2025, Scott brought his diverse experiences & knowledge to PC Construction.  He is invaluable to the multiple disciplines required in commercial construction. His ability to build relationships whether it be with our clients, vendors or fellow team members and communication skills are an asset to our team.

SUPERINTENDENT

Brian is a seasoned veteran with over 40 years in the commercial construction industry. Brian has a framing background with a long history as a Superintendent. He has a long project list with multiple restaurants builds, apartment complexes, tenant finishes/remodels and ground up builds. Average project budgets of $2-$5+ million.

SUPERINTENDENT

Steve brings decades of experience in commercial construction to our team as a travel Superintendent for a variety of project experiences from restaurants and hotels to churches and health centers.   Steve is a proven leader on a high-end scale with projects estimated in the $3-$5 million range.

SUPERINTENDENT

Keith brings to PC more than a decade of carpentry, masonry, general construction, management & entrepreneurial experience.  Keith’s project profile includes mall redevelopment, carwashes, interior office remodels, and franchise remodels. Average project costs between $2-$4 million.

James is an accomplished leader as well as a skilled carpenter with more than 20 years of experience. James’ effective communication & business operations skills make him an asset to our clients, vendors and our management team.  James’ attention to detail ensures a quality product for our clients and his collaborative management style onsite fosters a highly functional work environment, for our onsite team & trades.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Tiffani brings both commercial and industrial experience to PC Construction.  Tiffani is instrumental in maintaining relationships with all our stakeholders and driving our office and project administration.

PROJECT ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Katie offers a unique perspective to our team, in her work on both the Vendor and General Contractor side in both the commercial and industrial side of industry. Kati has participated in a variety of projects with budgets of $20M+.
