That is Dave’s philosophy for building success.  He believes that understanding your client & maintaining those relationships depends on effective communication, our ability to deliver quality workmanship, proactive management & exceptional service.

 Dave utilizes a “build it before you build it” model for his projects.  This creates a visual experience that allows his team to be preemptive in recognizing any physical or functional changes that may be necessary.  Employing (BIM) Building Information Modeling, digital representations of physical & functional characteristics of a facility are created.  These information models become a knowledge resource to support decision-making through every phase of construction and forward through its operational life.

Dave brings over 25 years of experience managing projects valuing from thousands to millions across various sectors encompassing corporate/office, retail, finance, restaurant, industrial, and healthcare/medical.

  • SPECIALIZED ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS | OMAHA, NEBRASKA

    Project Size: 10,000 SF

    Design/Build Construction with complete Interior and Exterior Renovation.

    Highlights included a Custom built Conference room table and walls from end cut 2x4’s ,Custom built work stations from MDF and Particle board, Custom walls built from metal studs with OSB and Clear Poly Gal showing the insides of the wall framing and electrical involved,IPE WOOD and Galvanized Corrugated Metal Siding with New Storefront systems at exterior, Sealed Concrete floors, LED Lighting System

  • GOODWILL RETAIL, OFFICES & TRAINING | STOCKYARDS PLAZA | OMAHA NEBRASKA

    Completed: April 2023

    Project Amount: $2.55 Million

    Project Size: 17,500 SF

    Tenant finish for Goodwill retail, offices, and training spaces.

    We really enjoyed working with the Goodwill team and Slate Architecture to complete this training center and retail store at Stockyards Plaza in Omaha. Thank you to Brad Williams Photography for the great photos!

  • SWEDISH MEDICAL CENTER | ENGLEWOOD COLORADO

    This project completed the PET/CT scan renovation, physician’s lounge and kitchen renovation. Mr. Critser became a part of this project management as part of a rebid opportunity. During this process Mr. Critser was able to value engineer this project for approximately $200k from a $1.3 million combined project budget total. Primarily this came from working with nuclear physicists and Siemens Technology, and redesigning the Radiation Protection System with the PET/CT Scan Portion of the project. Mr. Critser’s involvement continued through pre-construction and complete project management.

    Completed: February 2015

    Project Size: 2,600 SF

    All design and construction services for a new tenant improvement project for 2,600 square foot men’s salon and lounge.

    This project included a suspended wood ceiling, wood walls, granite counter tops, and polished concrete floors.

    Tenant finish for a new men’s salon & bar. This is the 2nd location for Dave, in 2015 he completed the Legacy location in Omaha.

    Project Size: 13,413 SF

    Demo and interior build-out for new restaurant, bar, arcade and entertainment venue.

  • MIRACLE HILLS | OMAHA NEBRASKA

    Completed: JULY 2024

    Project Amount: $12.85 Million

    Project Size: 130,000 SF

    Exterior renovation to an existing shopping center including new paving, sidewalks, parking lot, site lighting, façade, landscaping and roofing.  Also, included build out of courtyard area.

  • ALEGENT HEALTH | LAKESIDE HOSPITAL | OMAHA, NEBRASKA

    Completed: 2004

    Project Amount: $55 Million

    Project Size: 155,000 SF

    Mr. Critser was involved from the pre-construction in an estimating capacity and through it’s completion as part of project management team. This project was a joint venture with MCL and McCarthy Building Companies that included; surgical center addition, front entry addition, exterior skin renovation and interior remodels. All completed while keeping the facility completely operational 24/7.

    Completed: June 2014

    Design/Build Construction Services for a new tenant improvement project for a new Bubble Tea Cafe.

    Highlights included Suspended Wood Ceiling, Glass Tile Walls, Wood Walls, Custom Furniture and Trendway & FEEK Furniture, LVT Flooring and large Graphic Artist Mural.

    Tenant finish for new restaurant space. In 2014 Dave completed the Thirst Tea location in Omaha’s Midtown Crossing.
